Our account went for review again

It's so confusing that we are using well the app for almost a week and a half.. And after we received our 1st payout, our account went for review again, and payouts are paused. can we know the reason why we are facing this kind of issue please?? We are just a small business, who wants to receive our payout to make our business flow in smooth way 😞😞
